What is digital printing?

• Digital printing is a process of using the computer to create an image, then map out the image onto the fabric like cotton, polyester, canvas, PU, real leather, etc.
• Digital printing offers a nearly perfect transfer of image quality. Whatever goes in comes back out with very little loss in quality. It is a quick and effective mode of printing. 
• There're many fabrics could do the digital printing. For instance, cotton, canvas, polyester, pu, real leather,etc. 

Can we do the digital printing on the cotton?

• Yes, we can do the digital printing on the cotton. Due to the cotton is a kind of plant fiber,  the ink and the printing skill is different from the Poly
• Pure cotton fiber has strong alkali resistance and cannot be combined with traditional dispersed inks. So the choice of ink is also very important. If we used the dispersed ink, it will make the cotton fabric uncolored. The design will fade away after washing.
• Our general digital printing process is to print the pattern on fabric directly. However, this is not suitable for the cotton. Therefore, the process of cotton is pattern design, direct inkjet, fixed color, drying.
